Construction Management
We hire and manage construction professionals, monitor construction timelines, quality control, and safety compliance, and manage site logistics and issues that arise during construction.

Marketing and Sales/Leasing
We develop strategic marketing plans, create marketing materials, host open houses, conduct property tours, and negotiate sales or lease agreements.
Customer Relationship and After-Sales Service
We maintain transparent communication with buyers/tenants, address grievances and delays, and manage handovers and final documentation.
Property Management
For properties that are leased or held for investment, we offer ongoing property management services, including tenant screening and leasing, rent collection, property maintenance and repairs, financial reporting and accounting, and ensuring compliance with landlord-tenant laws. We also offer Airbnb Management services.
